Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction

At Orvian, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help!

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned:

  • Clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

3. Initiating a Return

To request a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@orvianbeauty.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide you with further instructions.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@orvianbeauty.com.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at hello@orvianbeauty.com.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund when applicable.
